Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager to join our regional finance team in Singapore. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Asia Pacific to deliver forward-looking financial analysis and insights that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into business insights.
• Regional or multinational environment experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across units and markets.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers, risks, opportunities.
• Analyse sales, gross margin, OPEX, profitability, working capital.
• Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
• Evaluate pricing, customer profitability, product margins, investments.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation.
• Support regional reporting and ensure timely, accurate information.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
