Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A or Financial Analysis experience, preferably in a multinational.
• Experience supporting regional or APAC finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual APAC financial reporting (P/L and cash flow) and lead variance reviews with country teams.
• Deliver timely month-end reporting and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting with the APAC FP&A team.
• Maintain and enhance FP&A reporting processes; identify automation and process improvements.
