Job summary

Seoulstart is seeking a senior FP&A professional to partner with APAC countries on OPEX decisions and to own forecasting, budgeting, and business case modelling. You will craft executive-ready analyses and build automated workflows to scale finance operations.

The role requires strong SQL, Excel, and Google Workspace proficiency, plus hands-on use of Looker, NetSuite, and planning tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan. You will leverage AI to streamline reporting.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of progressive FP&A experience with increasing scope.
• Strong SQL for querying data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker).
• Hands-on use of AI assistants to automate analysis and validate outputs.
• High proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools.
• Experience with Looker, Adaptive Insights or Anaplan, and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with several APAC countries on key decisions and OPEX tracking.
• Analyze and interpret operating results and prepare executive reports.
• Own financial forecasting, budgeting, and business case modelling.
• Build reusable tools and automated workflows that scale the finance function.
• Use AI assistants and SQL pipelines to speed reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
