The candidate should have 5+ years in life insurance, investment management or financial risk, with ALM/actuarial exposure and strong quantitative skills to engage stakeholders regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within life insurance, investment management or financial risk management.
• Experience in ALM, actuarial, pricing or valuation functions.
• Good understanding of life insurance products, solvency frameworks and financial risk management principles.
• Knowledge of credit risk, financial markets and macroeconomic factors impacting insurance businesses.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support regional financial risk oversight across APAC business units.
• Assess and monitor key risk trends relating to solvency and market developments.
• Provide risk input and challenge on business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Support credit risk and ALM activities, including monitoring and risk assessments.
• Contribute to development and enhancement of regional risk management frameworks and governance processes.
• Partner with regional and group stakeholders on risk reporting and business planning.
