Job summary

Sika, a leading specialty chemicals company, invites fresh graduates to join a structured 18-month Management Trainee Programme in APAC. You will undergo on-the-job training, formal learning, mentoring, coaching, and project assignments to build technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.

You will be assigned to a sponsoring department and participate in company-wide learning initiatives, with three developmental phases and continuous performance reviews to ensure growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three (2) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage where applicable.
• Ability to travel and undertake cross-functional assignments during and after the programme.

Responsibilities

• Complete all learning milestones and development activities throughout the programme.
• Participate actively in training programmes, workshops, coaching sessions, and other learning opportunities.
• Learn and apply company policies, business processes, systems, and best practices.
• Support departmental operations and contribute to assigned projects and business initiatives.
• Conduct research, analyse information, and prepare reports, presentations, or recommendations where appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to support business objectives.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, professionalism, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Build strong working relationships with mentors, managers, and stakeholders.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and health, safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Successfully complete programme assessments and performance reviews.
