Job summary

Sika invites applications for the Management Trainee Programme in Human Resources APAC. The 18-month programme combines structured on-the-job training, formal learning, mentoring, coaching, and project-based assignments to develop technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.

You will join a sponsoring department, participate in company-wide learning initiatives, and progress through three developmental phases focused on growth and hands-on experience across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to three years of relevant working experience.
• Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel and undertake cross-functional assignments during and after the programme.
