Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Finance Operations Manager for the APAC Revenue Operations team. You will partner across Order-to-Cash, revenue risk, and governance for APAC, influencing global process design and tooling.

You will drive end-to-end initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with sales, legal, tax, and controllership to optimize working capital and ensure compliance across diverse APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field; a CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in OTC operations, revenue accounting, financial controls, risk management, or controllership in large multinational companies.
• Expert understanding of OTC processes with breadth in governance, internal audit, or revenue accounting.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) with strong knowledge of Greater China business practices.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with sales and cross-functional leadership for commercial outcomes.
• Experience with digital finance technologies (analytics, AI, RPA) and collaborating across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Controls: design and strengthen internal controls across revenue operations, supporting SOX and risk mitigation.
• Revenue Risk & Strategy: identify and mitigate revenue risks; advise on credit and collections policies.
• Portfolio Management: own APAC markets end-to-end, monitor KPIs, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Cross-Functional Influence: partner with sales, legal, policy, tax, and controllership to address revenue and compliance challenges.
• Operational Excellence & Automation: drive efficiencies and implement systems/tools like predictive dashboards and AI/RPA.
• Change Management & Compliance: lead regulatory-change initiatives across APAC while ensuring compliance.
