Kaspersky in Singapore is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team, supporting Finance & Admin functions across the APAC region. This role offers hands-on exposure to daily financial operations within a cybersecurity company.

You'll assist with reimbursements, vendor invoices, month-end closing, reconciliations, audits, and contract-related documentation while learning from seasoned professionals. This internship is ideal for students aiming for a practical career in finance in tech.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pro-active, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
• Minimum 6 months internship or longer.

Aufgaben

• Monitor fund movements and liaise with relevant teams.
• Review and process employee reimbursement reports with receipts.
• Process vendor invoices for bookkeeping and prepare payments.
• Coordinate with Treasury on payment status.
• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations monthly and quarterly.
• Assist month-end closing activities and journal entries.
• Assist with internal and external audits and corporate income tax returns.
• Help manage PR/PO for finance-related procurement and invoice submissions.
• Assist in reviewing contracts and related documents.
• Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the team.
