Job summary

Harvey seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to partner with high-value clients across APAC, with a focus on Singapore. You will own post-sales success, drive adoption and renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal Engineering to shape value realization.

Based in or relocating to Singapore, you will manage complex stakeholder relationships, lead onboarding, and develop scalable playbooks for regional growth in a fast-growing AI-driven platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills using health data and KPIs to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic account management for enterprise clients across APAC, focusing on Singapore.
• Lead onboarding and deployment for new enterprise deployments with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop success plans using usage data and KPIs to mitigate churn and drive growth.
• Act as trusted advisor on Harvey's AI capabilities with executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal Engineering to align goals.
