Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts APAC is seeking a senior engineering leader to drive performance across the APAC portfolio. The role focuses on engineering excellence, ESG alignment, and capital planning with strong ROI discipline.

The Area Director of Engineering Performance will partner with property teams, set engineering standards, and guide program implementation while traveling extensively across APAC.

Qualifications

• Licensed/Registered Professional status preferred.
• LEED certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive measurable outcomes in engineering performance across APAC.
• Provide oversight, direction, and support for properties within APAC region.
• Develop engineering policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to APAC.
• Implement pilot initiatives and guidance on ESG goals and outcomes.
• Validate ROI for CAPEX and energy-saving measures; manage asset lifecycle.
