Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH seeks to lead and develop the APAC engineering function, aligning global strategy with regional execution to build a high-performing organization. You will drive engineering strategy, standardization, and innovation at scale to support business growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Global Engineering, while coaching and building succession pipelines. Travel across APAC is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in engineering or technical environments.
• Deep understanding of engineering processes and technical solutions.
• Communicate and ensure use of global standards, policies and tools.
• Experience in regional/global roles within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive team development and capability building.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional engineering team and build strong capabilities.
• Drive engineering strategy and standardization across APAC.
• Enhance technical excellence and innovation to support business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Global Engineering.
• Develop talent pipeline including coaching, training and succession planning.
• Ensure effective support to all market segments (OEM, Service, Safety).
