Job summary

The HEINEKEN Company is seeking an APAC Engineering HUB Manager to lead the regional Engineering HUB and strengthen engineering performance across APAC breweries. You will connect regional priorities with brewery needs, lead a multicultural team and enhance asset care, major maintenance, utilities, sustainability and engineering capability.

Working with Global, Regional and local stakeholders, this role ensures maintenance standards, systems and best practices are deployed and continuously

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional Engineering HUB team across APAC breweries.
• Oversee safe, reliable execution of major maintenance and overhauls.
• Strengthen asset care, reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Improve utilities performance and sustainability across the network.
• Establish a transparent HUB service model for requests and performance feedback.
• Optimize maintenance planning, spare parts availability and costs.
• Use data and digital tools to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Partner with OpCos, Global, Finance and Suppliers to align priorities.
