Job summary

Cambridge Associates Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for the Investment Operations team.

The role covers trade execution, treasury activities, AML/KYC, and client services across the EMEA and APAC regions, based in Singapore. Responsibilities include handling subscription/redemption documents, managing data, coordinating asset transfers, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with trade implementation/execution, settlement related processes, and treasury/cash management would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision.
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a client servicing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and lifecycle management for funds across asset classes.
• AML/KYC & risk management in collaboration with the Client Information Management Team.
• Client service and communication with internal teams, managers, and clients.
• Client data management and asset transfers between clients, custodians, and managers.
• Develop investment product knowledge and stay aware of market themes.
• Master CA's trading and treasury applications and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Implementation Management and Treasury Operations.
• Participate in projects and contribute insights; support training initiatives.
