Job summary

Cambridge Associates LLC. in Singapore is seeking an Investment Operations Associate/Senior Associate to support trade execution, lifecycle management, AML/KYC, client service and data management for EMEA and APAC clients.

This role collaborates with Portfolio Implementation, Treasury Operations, and investment teams, and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience with trade implementation/execution, settlement processes, and treasury/cash management is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute in a time-sensitive environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and client servicing experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with quick learning and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Trade execution and lifecycle management across funds and asset classes.
• AML/KYC coordination with Client Information Management Team and risk mitigation.
• Client service and communication handling for trade-related correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client data and coordinate asset transfers with custodians and managers.
• Develop investment product knowledge and stay aware of market themes.
• Master CA trading and treasury applications and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Implementation, Treasury Operations, and other teams.
• Participate in projects and training to support team capabilities.
