Job summary

Societe Generale in Singapore seeks a junior talent pool professional to support origination and execution of structured finance transactions in the Asia Pacific region. You will work with cross-border teams across Hong Kong, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul and Mumbai and engage with client coverage, loan syndication and risk management groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, Finance specialization preferred.
• Experience in a major corporate institution e.g. Financial Institution or Project Developer preferred.
• Experience in energy sector or dedicated finance team is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution across structured finance transactions in Asia Pacific.
• Collaborate with sector teams and regional offices in HK, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul and Mumbai.
• Prepare marketing materials and build financial models including scenarios and sensitivities.
• Review deal information memorandums and finance documents.
• Provide day-to-day deal support, due diligence and risk assessment.
• Assist with internal processes and pricing/profitability models.
