Nscale is building high-performance, sovereign AI infrastructure with cutting-edge data centres. We seek a Document Controller APAC to manage project documentation across APAC data centre developments, ensuring accuracy, governance, and compliance.

You will implement control protocols, oversee versioning, and support audits, coordinating with project managers, design teams, and contractors to keep information flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Document control or Information Management in large-scale construction.
• Experience as Procore administrator on large projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with EDM platforms: Procore, Aconex, ACC/BIM 360, SharePoint is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, revision control, and approvals workflows.

Responsabilités

• Act as Procore System Administrator for APAC projects: set up directories, templates, workflows, and user access.
• Maintain document control systems for large-scale construction projects per standards.
• Ensure documents are logged, version-controlled, and traceable.
• Manage workflows, approvals, and distribution via Procore, Aconex, etc.
• Onboard and train staff, liaise with Procore support.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on document status and actions.
• Champion best practices in digital document management and governance.
