Job summary

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Digital Infrastructure Structured Finance activity in Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore, you will originate, structure and close complex financing transactions across syndicated loans, DCM and structured products, while managing client relationships and internal risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in digital infrastructure finance (and commercial real estate) with project/structured finance exposure.
• Proven track record in originating, structuring and closing financing with sponsors, corporates, institutions.
• Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills for complex cash flows and risks.
• Excellent written and verbal English; leadership and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Infrastructure Structured Finance pillar in Asia Pacific as a senior member of the Financing Group.
• Originate, structure and execute digital infrastructure financing and syndicated loans / DCM solutions.
• Lead client discussions, financing strategy, marketing materials, term sheets, approvals, docs and closing.
• Prepare and review credit papers, financial models, due diligence and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with relationship teams, syndications, DCM, legal, risk, operations and compliance.
• Oversee post-closing portfolio management, exposure monitoring, covenants and refinancing opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional/global stakeholders to expand Santander's Financing Group in Asia Pacific.
