Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Deployment Strategist (APAC) to help customers operationalize scalable compliance programs and disrupt financial crime across the crypto ecosystem. You will manage strategic accounts, drive platform adoption, and deliver value through guidance, support, and trusted partnership.

You will train customers in English and Mandarin, build demos tailored for compliance teams, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to address feedback and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in crypto, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.
• Experience in compliance, investigations, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin required.
• Ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable solutions.
• Attention to regulatory and investigative detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to maximize platform effectiveness.
• Explain complex technical concepts and support customers in investigations.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations for compliance and risk teams.
• Conduct structured training sessions in English and Mandarin.
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer to influence product direction.
• Monitor engagement trends and identify churn risks with mitigation plans.
• Establish regular engagement cadence with stakeholders to align priorities.
• Identify expansion opportunities and log growth signals with Account Directors.
