Job summary

Moody’s Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Compliance and AML specialist to support AFC/KYC/AML programs across APAC markets. Translate regulatory requirements into practical product improvements and partner with sales, product, and research teams to drive compliant growth.

5–8 years in banks or AFC/AML roles, strong regulatory knowledge, and customer-facing communication are essential. CAMS certification is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in compliance, AML, or regulatory roles in banks or AFC/AML vendors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, AML and fraud prevention.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycles for compliance solutions.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and regions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to navigate ambiguous stakeholder views with diplomacy.
• Curiosity about AI concepts and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive market strategy with APAC teams to grow our compliance solutions.
• Manage stakeholder requirements and changes across regions.
• Translate regulatory themes into product requirements and use cases.
• Lead and participate in regional marketing campaigns.
• Develop collateral, research, and case studies for the APAC market.
• Support pre-sale activities with solution and product training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and Research to share regional intelligence.
