Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Deal Strategist to shape strategy and commercial operations across the APAC region. You will partner with GTM teams, advise on deal structuring and pricing, and support cross-functional alignment to close complex negotiations.

You will drive custom commercial and pricing deals, work with subscription/usage-based revenue models, and lead collaboration with Product, Legal, Finance, and Sales to accelerate deal cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in deal operations, pricing and strategy
• Experience working in ambiguous, high-growth environments
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and program management skills

Responsibilities

• Support deal structuring, pricing, drafting and cross-functional approvals end-to-end.
• Coach sellers on opening commercial positions and negotiation planning.
• Lead cross-functional communication between Sales, Legal, Risk, Monetization Ops and others.
• Advise on deal structures, commercial terms, and drive closure of issues with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and advise on the best deal approach balancing risk and internal limits.
• Remove blockers and drive solutions between Product, Legal, Finance and Service teams.
• Support negotiations involving bespoke commercial and legal agreements.
• Structure pricing for multithreaded product use cases across segments.
• Lead program ownership for New Product Initiatives and pricing bundles.
• Partner on design and launch of seller systems and CPQ tooling.
