Job summary

NSCALE OPERATIONS APAC PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Design and Construction Commissioning Lead for APAC to deliver AI data centre infrastructure commissioning in Singapore.

You will guide end-to-end commissioning across mechanical, electrical, ELV and BMS systems, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and hands-on leadership to

Qualifications

• Construction QA/QC experience.
• Project Management experience.
• Data Center Commissioning knowledge.
• Understanding of UPS, switchgear, generators, chillers and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commissioning for data centre projects (MEP and BMS).
• Manage commissioning planning, execution, scheduling, documentation and turnover to operations/clients.
• Coordinate with construction, design, vendors, contractors and client stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test scripts, and IST protocols.
• Drive compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Oversee safe operation and handover for live environments.
