Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Data Center Last Mile to orchestrate APAC infrastructure deployments from procurement readiness to customer handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Logistics, Data Center Operations, Network Engineering, and Customer Delivery to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.

The role demands governance, risk management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement, plus leadership of RCA and escalation processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience leading technical infrastructure or cloud deployment programs.
Experience with hyperscale cloud, data center operations, or large-scale tech environments.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle ERP, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, DCIM, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Last Mile execution from procurement readiness through customer handover across APAC.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deployment readiness across Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Rack Integration, Network Operations, Host Operations, Data Center Operations, and Customer Delivery.
Establish governance across deployment milestones, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks before commitments.
Develop and continuously improve SOPs, operational workflows, and standardized processes for scalability and quality.
Define, monitor, and report operational KPIs covering infrastructure readiness, deployment performance, and customer handover.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment quality and efficiency.
Drive executive reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions using Microsoft Excel and enterprise reporting tools.
Act as APAC subject matter expert for Last Mile Operations, influencing stakeholders across global organizations.
As a Principal, own end-to-end project delivery, manage multiple customer engagements in parallel, mentor teams, and deliver outcomes aligned with Oracle standards.
