Job summary

Oracle Corporation in Singapore seeks a Senior Principal Energy Program Manager to shape Oracle's energy procurement for Cloud data centers across APAC, reporting to the VP of APAC site and energy acquisition.

You will lead strategic power agreements, manage energy strategy for markets including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and India, and work with finance, sustainability, and technical teams to optimize costs and carbon goals. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Desire to work in AI/GPU computing and hyperscale data centers.
• Experience in corporate power procurement or utility origination.
• Understanding of energy markets, hedging and PPAs.

Responsibilities

• Source and negotiate strategic power agreements with utilities and IPPs.
• Manage Oracle Cloud data center energy strategy across APAC markets.
• Develop energy sourcing requirements using regulatory knowledge, financial modelling and RFPs.
• Collaborate with energy suppliers, utilities, and internal teams to monitor market conditions.
• Coordinate with finance to develop annual energy budgets and projections.
• Support energy delivery for new DC sites, including tariff and contract negotiations.
• Travel internationally as required.
