Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Lead Principal Technical Program Manager in APAC to drive end-to-end Last Mile deployment readiness and customer handover for data center infrastructure. You will coordinate procurement, logistics, engineering, and operations to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field with 10+ years of program leadership in infra/cloud deployments.
Experience leading cross-functional programs, governance, risk, and executive stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel; knowledge of enterprise platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Last Mile execution for APAC deployment readiness and handover.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Logistics, Data Center Ops, Network, and Customer Delivery.
Establish governance, identify risks, and address SLA gaps before commitments.
Develop SOPs and workflows to improve scalability, quality, and execution.
Define and report KPIs on readiness, deployment performance, inventory, and program health.
Drive RCA and continuous improvement; enable data-driven decisions with dashboards.
