Job summary

Avolta is seeking an APAC Head of Data, Analytics & Technology to lead data, analytics and technology strategy across the APAC region. The role reports regionally to the CFO and functionally to global SVPs, shaping data-driven decisions across business units.

The incumbent will drive data literacy, governance, and analytics adoption, while partnering with commercial, omnichannel and finance teams to enable growth and operational excellence across airports, ports, and travel channels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics & Technology with at least 5 years in a senior manager role.
• Proven track record leading technology programs, master data management, analytics strategy and delivering insights at scale.
• Strong experience partnering with senior executives and influencing strategic decisions.
• Expertise in modern technologies, data platforms, analytics tools, and industry evolutions, applicable to retail and F&B.
• Ability to communicate technical terms to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of Travel Retail, APAC markets, and regional business dynamics (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategically align data, analytics and technology with global DAT goals for APAC growth.
• Lead regional DAT teams and mentor senior leaders.
• Oversee master data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Deliver daily reporting, dashboards, and insights for regional performance and strategic planning.
• Drive IT operations excellence and regional technology standardization.
