Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager – Data Analytics to lead analytics operations across the APAC region, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving operational excellence in data management, analytics, and reporting.

The role requires leadership of global and offshore teams, governance of SLAs/KPIs, and a customer-centric approach to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations Management, or Data Analytics with proven team leadership.
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting, analytics, and financial services/capital markets environments.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing concepts, BI/reporting tools, and data quality management.
• Proven experience managing global teams, vendors, and offshore service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, service governance, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and make decisions under pressure.
• ITIL certification and experience with service management frameworks are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery for Data Analytics operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, data quality, and operational excellence.
• Lead and manage APAC operations teams and coordinate with global teams and offshore service providers in a follow-the-sun support model.
• Act as the primary escalation point for business stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous service improvement.
• Drive process optimization, automation, and data governance initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Define, monitor, and report service performance metrics, operational dashboards, and management reports.
• Manage resource planning, budgeting, vendor governance, and capacity management to support business growth and operational stability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and career development initiatives.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to support strategic analytics and reporting requirements.
