CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a dynamic leader to shape and execute a strategy across Data, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation in APAC. Drive multi-million to billion-dollar growth, align delivery with client outcomes, and advance data modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking and pragmatic execution, with authority to drive change across complex organizations and to build strong regional partnerships with major tech vendors.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Digital consulting with client partner, sales, or program delivery leadership.
• Track record of scaling business in Asia-Pacific or emerging markets.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, cloud data platforms, governance, and analytics.
• Ability to drive revenue growth, manage executive client relationships, and lead transformations.
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-country digital programs hands-on.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and own GTM for Data & AI offerings across APAC industries with clear KPIs.
• Lead programs and ensure value realization across client engagements.
• Grow regional accounts and develop new enterprise opportunities in APAC.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets, service contracts, and commercial negotiations.
• Represent the firm at industry events and strengthen ecosystem partnerships.
• Drive change management and enable agile delivery across teams.
