Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and maintain relationships across a portfolio of customers, enabling value from the Fireblocks platform. You will work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities include driving adoption, proactive risk resolution, and securing renewals while translating customer needs into business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or related SaaS/tech role.
• Business-level proficiency in English is required.
• Business-level proficiency in additional APAC languages is not mandatory but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and apply scalable playbooks to drive adoption.
• Establish regular touchpoints to track adoption goals and objectives.
• Identify key accounts for upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with the commercial team.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Translate product usage data into actionable guidance for customers.
• Monitor health scores and risk indicators to flag at-risk accounts.
