Job summary

Prophet is an Australian SaaS platform redefining marketing decision science in APAC. The Customer Architect will own onboarding from contract to deployment, coordinating across Data Science, Platform, and Customer Success to ensure a strong start for each new customer in Singapore and SE Asia.

You’ll collaborate with our Melbourne HQ, build data foundations across campaigns, and shape how Prophet is perceived in the region while delivering measurable outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or consulting (prefer SaaS, martech, or data/analytics).
• Experience managing enterprise customers in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Strong stakeholder management and accountability for onboarding outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, data quality issues, and cross-functional teams.
• Full working rights in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding end-to-end from kick-off to model deployment with governance/steering committees.
• Coordinate data collection across marketing spend, media exposure, and commercial sources for data confidence.
• Build strong customer relationships as the primary onboarding contact across markets and cultures.
• Translate business questions into decision science use cases and frame expectations for the platform.
• Document and refine onboarding playbooks and capture product feedback for the roadmap.
• Hand over transitions to ongoing Customer Success with full context and clear action items.
