Job summary

Flowdesk, a global digital asset trading and technology firm, seeks a Trading Operations Analyst for the APAC region based in Singapore. You will oversee daily trading operations, shape trading strategies, ensure governance and risk controls, and coordinate across desks.

You will optimize routes, implement automation, and maintain dashboards and alerts while collaborating with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to support 24/7 market hours.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience in trading operations or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, CS, or engineering; MBA/certs a plus.
• Strong Python and SQL coding skills for data wrangling, automation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with API integration (FIX/REST/WebSocket) and OMS/EMS concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD workflows is advantageous.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to cover shifts.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 market environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage trading routes for efficiency and profitability.
• Establish and maintain automation structures and routes.
• Enforce transaction authorization policies and document processes.
• Oversee tools and external service providers.
• Implement automation, system integration, and monitoring for market making and OTC derivatives.
• Coordinate APAC desk with global engineering, risk management, and compliance.
• Provide operational tools to improve efficiency.
• Support reconciliation initiatives across business lines with senior traders.
