Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Crypto/Stablecoins to drive growth across APAC. You will leverage sales and product expertise to advance Stripe’s stablecoin solutions, manage complex deals, and partner with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to shape market strategy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience in establishing trusted advisory relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to foster strong collaborative interactions with cross-functional partners.
• Autonomous, proactive approach to driving significant business outcomes.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and develop multi-stakeholder solutions.
• Proven experience in leading complex negotiations involving customized commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for Crypto/Stablecoins across SMBs to enterprises in APAC.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to build a qualified pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with customers.
• Lead product discussions and communicate customer feedback to inform Stripe’s roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to tailor Stripe solutions to customer needs.
• Partner with GTM teams to go-to-market strategies for Crypto/Stablecoins.
• Represent Stripe in complex negotiations and ensure alignment across internal teams.
• Maintain deep product and market knowledge to advocate effectively with customers.
