Hilton is seeking a Director of CRM and Customer Engagement for the APACx region to lead strategy, deepen customer relationships, and grow customer value through CRM, personalisation and lifecycle engagement across Asia Pacific excluding Greater China & Mongolia.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to shape campaigns, drive localisation, and deploy data-driven experiences via MarTech platforms, optimizing engagement and direct-channel growth.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• 5+ years leading high‑performing teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Understanding of APAC digital platforms and customer engagement behaviours.
• Experience translating data and insights into actionable CRM strategies.
• Experience with MarTech including CDPs and journey orchestration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead Hilton’s CRM and customer engagement strategy and roadmap for APACx.
• Use insights to identify growth opportunities and shape lifecycle strategies.
• Provide strategic direction to APAC teams developing localised campaigns and offers.
• Lead engagement strategies across APAC channels like LINE and WhatsApp.
• Champion APAC priorities with global CRM, Digital and MarTech teams.
