Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking a Corporate Actions Associate to ensure accurate processing of corporate action events and timely client notification. You will verify client instructions and safeguard entitlements.

In addition to delivering high-quality service, you will respond to enquiries and assist in system migration as part of a fast-paced financial services team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Banking, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Corporate Actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and ensure that all corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly.
• Ensure prompt notification to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividend with options, expiry of warrants, tender and SG REITs etc.
• Check that clients’ instructions are executed accordingly.
• Ensure that clients’ entitlements are protected.
• Handle clients’ enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain high standard of service quality.
• Assist in system migration.
