Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable back-office professional to support the APAC region by processing Corporate Actions income and events, ensuring accurate data entry, and liaising with custodians for clarification.

Responsibilities include preparing disclosure letters for shareholder requests, handling internal queries, recording commission fees, participating in UAT projects, and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process Corporate Actions income and events for the APAC region.
• Maintain timely and accurate data entry for processing incomes/events.
• Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events.
• Prepare disclosure letters for shareholder requests from companies.
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders on incomes/events.
• Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.
• Participate in UAT projects
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
