Job summary

Skillsforce Management Consultancy Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Asset Servicing professional to manage voluntary income and corporate actions events across APAC equity and fixed income products.

You will create and maintain asset servicing events in our systems, reconcile cash and stock balances, and liaise with custodian banks, brokers, and internal desks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage distribution of entitlements from APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events.
• Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems.
• Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers.
• Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately.
• Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT.
• Deliver precise, timely work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Asset Servicing is responsible for managing Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across global equity and fixed income products. Our focus areas include:

• Event creation and reconciliation
• Instruction and entitlement distribution
• Dedicated client service

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution of entitlements from Voluntary and Mandatory APAC Equity & Fixed Income Corporate Action and Income events
• Create and maintain Asset Servicing events in proprietary systems
• Support internal trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and external brokers
• Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately
• Interpret and liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets using industry standards such as SWIFT
