Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Sr. Associate Contract Management to lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities across APAC. You will drive governance, compliance, and process improvements while partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to enable efficient deal execution.

The role reports to the APAC Contract Management Leader within the global Contract Management team and supports strategic initiatives, data enhancement, and scalability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field.
• 3+ years of contract management or legal operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review, execution, and management of MSAs, service orders, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts align with policies, risk tolerance, and legal requirements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies; support audits and data integrity.
• Drive processes for CLM governance, templates, data quality, and data access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to support deal structuring and timelines.
• Support CLM system optimization and adoption for better decision-making.
