• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of compliance, legal, risk, audit or regulatory experience within financial services.
• Experience supporting MAS regulatory requirements and licensing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory enquiries and ongoing engagement with relevant regulatory bodies
• Support licensing applications, renewals and regulatory filings
• Prepare and submit periodic compliance and regulatory reports
• Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks, controls and monitoring processes
• Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to business stakeholders
• Deliver compliance training and promote regulatory awareness across the organisation
• Partner with regional and global teams to ensure adherence to governance standards and regulatory obligations
