MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to strengthen the bank's regulatory framework in Singapore. The role focuses on reviewing regulatory materials, providing advisory to business units, and ensuring governance across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in regulatory advisory, monitoring and testing, and policy updates, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with senior management.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance from Banking, Insurance, FinTech or Audit.
• Good understanding of regulations, notices and guidelines, with exposure to Corporate Banking, Treasury or Private Banking.
• Hands-on experience in regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring and testing, regulatory change, policy reviews, or related compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, compliance, audit, and senior management stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review regulatory consultation papers, regulatory developments, notices and guidelines, and communicate relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory compliance advisory to business units and stakeholders across the bank.
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing reviews, and support updates to internal policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, including FATCA/CRS, governance meetings, regulatory interactions, audits, compliance training, and ad-hoc compliance projects.
