Job summary

Avanade in Singapore is seeking a senior communications leader to serve as the APAC Integrated Communications Lead. Based in Singapore, this role is the strategic communications partner to the APAC President and regional leadership team, owning the APAC communications plan and strategy across both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• 8 years of communications experience, ideally spanning both in-house and agency environments.
• Strong executive communications experience, with proven confidence advising and counselling senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement integrated communications strategies — with a digital and content focus.
• Experience across multiple communications disciplines and stakeholder types: media, analysts, employees, government and industry bodies.
• Experience working within enterprise technology, consulting, AI, cloud or digital transformation organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC President internal/external communications plan and strategy.
• Provide trusted strategic counsel to the APAC President and senior leadership team, drafting talking points, scripts and keynote messaging.
• Manage and direct APAC President's social media across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Own the APAC integrated communications plan — map activities against priorities, launches and market moments.
• Translate global strategy into locally relevant APAC messages.
• Oversee regional media relations strategy and programme.
• Oversee thought leadership and speaking opportunity development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Microsoft and agency partners to amplify client stories.
