Job summary

Adecco Portugal is partnering with a leading global technology company to hire a Commercial Strategy & Operations Associate - Consumer Hardware to support APAC commercial strategy, financial planning and go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Operations teams to enhance operating plans and drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory or a related discipline. Alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience with an advanced degree.
• Experience in consumer hardware, consumer electronics, telecommunications or retail will be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of business planning, revenue drivers, financial performance and market dynamics.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting or business performance analysis.
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of annual operating plans (AOPs) across APAC markets.
• Develop and refine commercial strategies to support business objectives, product growth and revenue opportunities.
• Build comprehensive volume and financial models to evaluate business performance, assess opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Support go-to-market planning and product activation strategies, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in promotional budget planning, resource allocation and performance monitoring to optimize investments.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to improve visibility into business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
