Adecco Portugal is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join a regional APAC marketing team focused on accelerating growth within the SMB segment. This highly visible role requires collaboration with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, LATAM and NORAM to drive scalable, data-driven marketing initiatives.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, experimentation and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Experience working with multiple markets within APAC or globally is highly advantageous.
• Comfortable operating in a lean, hands-on environment with evolving business priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, productivity and decision-making.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search and other digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Manage campaign operations, budgets and forecasting to achieve growth objectives and optimize return on investment.
• Design and evaluate marketing experiments, including A/B testing and other measurement approaches to support data-driven decision making.
• Partner closely with regional market leads, analytics, research, product marketing, martech and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate analysis, experimentation, reporting and workflow efficiency.
• Support the scaling of growth marketing programs and operational processes across multiple markets.
• Manage relationships with external media agencies and other marketing partners.
