Job summary

AESEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced APAC Commercial Leader to drive business development and manage the commercial pipeline across assigned markets and key accounts.

You will lead chartering activities from pre-qualifications to contract negotiations, while nurturing strong client relationships and supporting revenue, gross profit, and asset utilization targets. Working with the GM, APAC and regional teams, you will back strategic partnerships, market entry, and cross-border growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant commercial, business development, chartering, or sales experience in offshore marine, oil & gas, EPC, or related maritime sectors.
• Strong understanding of offshore marine transportation, logistics, chartering, and tendering.
• Proven experience in tender preparation, pricing, contract negotiation, and commercial evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and manage the commercial pipeline across APAC markets and key accounts.
• Lead commercial and chartering activities including pre-qualifications, RFQs, tenders, bid strategy, pricing, and negotiations.
• Manage forecasting and reporting with accurate pipeline and CRM records.
