Job summary

BBC Studios Singapore Private Limited is seeking an Ad Sales Planner to support the APAC Advertising Sales team. The role covers strategic planning, campaign execution and client servicing across television, digital, audio, sponsorship and audience solutions.

The candidate will develop media plans, costed proposals and best-in-class recommendations, working closely with sales, insights and internal stakeholders to grow revenue while ensuring top-tier campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience within a media owner, publisher or advertising environment preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Numerate and data-driven, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic advertising solutions to drive revenue growth across TV, digital, audio and sponsorship.
• Create media plans, presentations and proposals in response to client briefs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Insights and StoryWorks to deliver competitive recommendations.
• Coordinate campaign setup, bookings and assets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor performance and identify optimisation opportunities to maximise outcomes.
• Prepare campaign performance and post-campaign reviews.
