Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Events Analyst to drive seamless planning and execution of in-person campus events across APAC. You will collaborate with Line of Business Campus Recruiters, Recruitment Coordinators and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that strengthen our employer brand and attract early career talent.

Responsibilities include vendor coordination, venue booking, budget oversight, and on-site candidate engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in event coordination or operations.
• Familiarity with HR controls, policies and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize and execute logistics for in-person campus events across APAC.
• Source, book and manage venues and external/internal vendors.
• Coordinate with campus recruiters and stakeholders on logistics.
• Prepare event advertisements, promotional materials and collateral.
• Track budgets with focus on cost efficiency.
• Manage candidate registrations and on-site experience.
