Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Commercial Analytics) to develop and maintain dashboards, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights for regional operations.

You will work with marketing, sales, and regional teams, validating data, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decisions. Fresh graduates are welcome, with up to 3 years of experience; basic BI tool exposure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data analytics, IS, eng, stats or CS.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; up to 3 years' experience accepted.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic exposure to Power BI/Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of SQL/Power Query or analytics tools is a plus.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail orientation, problem solving.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards to track commercial KPIs.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance.
• Support analytics initiatives by identifying trends and improvements.
• Analyse marketing campaigns, segments, and market performance.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Identify data gaps and improve BI reporting logic.
• Utilise BI tools and emerging AI tech to enhance reporting.
