Job summary

Thunes is seeking a Finance professional in Singapore to ensure accuracy of financial transactions in line with local GAAP and IFRS. You will support global finance operations, implement policies, and optimize processes within a fast-moving fintech environment.

You will collaborate with accounting, audit, and regulatory teams, prepare financial statements, and drive improvements in internal controls and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 4 years in accounting, audit, and finance roles.
• Experience in one of the Big 4 firms is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory practices.
• Proficient with Oracle and MS/Google suites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records per local GAAP and IFRS.
• Collaborate with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense management teams.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies for timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
