Job summary

Thunes, based in Singapore, seeks a finance professional reporting to the APAC Regional Controller. You will ensure accuracy of financial transactions and records under local GAAP and IFRS for group reporting, while optimizing processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

You will lead compliance reporting, liaise with auditors, prepare financial statements, manage the close, perform variance analysis, and partner with Legal, Regulatory, and FP&A to achieve regulatory and strategic financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CFA) is a plus.
• Experience in Accounting, Audit, and Finance, with at least 4 years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with external regulations and company policies across regional entities.
• Coordinate with auditors and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Drive accounting close, reconciliations, and variance analysis; provide strategic insights.
