Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (Alpha FMC) is a leading global consultancy focused on asset and wealth management. Our APAC team in Singapore serves clients across the region, delivering advisory services and project-based solutions.

We seek a motivated consultant with 2–3 years of experience to support client engagements and contribute to growth. You will participate in project meetings, prepare materials for client discussions, and help deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in delivering consulting or change projects.
• Understanding of Asset & Wealth Management market trends.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team on client projects.
• Actively participate in project and client meetings.
• Produce materials for business engagement meetings (e.g. PowerPoint decks).
• Support high-quality work products within expected timeframes.
• Own key items for project delivery including ownership of deliverables or streams.
• Track and monitor project issues, risks, actions and dependencies.
• Understand Alpha FMC and its services and actively assess ways to serve clients.
• Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Support development of internal business management areas.
