Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support Accounts Receivable operations across APAC, including invoicing, reconciliation and intercompany settlements. You will work with both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels to ensure accurate financial controls and scalable processes.

Ideally you have experience in SAP and Microsoft Office, and a track record of process improvements and stakeholder collaboration in a finance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance or Accounts Receivable operations.
• Participating in projects that drive process simplification and led regional/global implementations.
• Performed platform reconciliations and settlements for e-commerce or retail.
• Managed B2B and intercompany invoicing processes.
• Worked with credit notes, debit notes, and invoice validation activities.
• Coordinated audit requests and stakeholder interactions within finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR and billing operations across APAC, including invoicing and settlements.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation and strong financial controls.
• Support both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and efficiencies regionally.
• Collaborate with auditors, Senior Account Managers, and Order-to-Cash partners.
