Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an Analytics Solution Architect based in APAC for a remote role. You will lead architecture and delivery of large-scale analytics platforms using Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Microsoft Fabric, coordinating with Japan-facing teams during business hours.

You will drive end-to-end data pipelines, BI reporting with Power BI, and ensure security, governance, and scalable solutions across cloud and on-prem systems. APAC-wide collaboration required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in developing and deploying data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Deep expertise with Databricks, Synapse, Delta Lake and cloud data platforms.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and experience with BI tools like Power BI.
• CI/CD practices for Databricks and cloud-native data projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of advanced analytics solutions on Azure Databricks and Fabric.
• Design pipelines, implement ETL/ELT, and migrate workloads to Fabric where applicable.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to capture requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end data solutions ensuring security and governance compliance.
• Mentor data engineers and promote best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Integrate Databricks with ADLS Gen2, Synapse, Data Factory and on-prem systems.
• Stay current with Databricks, Fabric, and cloud-native analytics trends.
